These terms of service (“terms”) are an agreement between you and Tangram (“Tangram,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, running the diagnostic, or messaging us through the chat widget, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are and what we offer

Tangram is a studio that helps founders strengthen the few systems that move revenue. The website offers a free diagnostic that estimates where revenue may be leaking, along with information about how we work. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and these terms apply to your use of the website and the free diagnostic.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users’ data.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share, including information that belongs to someone else.
• Use the site to send spam or to scrape, copy, or resell its content or features.

The diagnostic and its results

The diagnostic produces an estimate based on the website you submit, the answers you give, and any figures you choose to share. It is provided for general guidance only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue figure, or result. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the diagnostic.

Accounts

If you create an account to view your results, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Content you upload

If you use the tangram builder or other features that let you upload photos or files, you keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your uploads only as needed to operate the builder, show your tangram, and provide our services to you. We do not use your personal photos for marketing without your separate permission.

Paid services

Any paid engagement with Tangram is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or client contract. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation or refund terms are defined in that agreement, not on this website. If you have a question or concern about a paid engagement, contact us at hello@tangrm.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

Messaging and the chat widget

The site includes a chat widget and may let you share a phone number so we can reply with account and service messages. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of using the site or working with us. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle phone numbers and messaging in detail.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, diagnostics, methodology, the Tangram framework and its seven pieces (Purpose, Pipeline, Process, People, Proof, Profit, and You), the tangram builder, designs, copy, images, text, graphics, software, and related information on this site and within Tangram services are the exclusive property of Tangram LLC, which is owned by Primortul LLC. This intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, and its ownership and rights were registered as of July 1, 2026.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the diagnostic. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the free diagnostic is limited to one hundred dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tangram harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about the site, the diagnostic, messaging, or any service we provide, please contact us first at hello@tangrm.com or by phone at (515) 416-4890. We will review your message and respond within a reasonable time. Most issues can be resolved directly with us.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled under the governing law below. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal action relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
